Consideration of recommendations to the Cabinet from the Local Environmental Management Advisory Board of 28 February 2011.
The Cabinet resolved that the recommendations of the Local Environmental Management Advisory Board be approved as follows:
The proposed fee in respect of carrying out work associated with the implementation of the Private Water Supplies Regulations 2009 be approved.
Reasons: As set out in the report submitted to the Local Environmental Management Advisory Board of 28 February 2011.
